Gang Gang Dance & Tinchy Stryder - Princes (from...
Not a music video, but a very special and cool arranged GGD&TS appearence on not-bad web-tv program T&BsTV. It’s a kickin track, powered by TS, who added some grimy lyrics to the beloved sound of GGD from NYC. Watch the video here (.flv)

Flying Lotus - Soft Gun Lily (directed by Timothy...
Great director Timothy Saccenti (watch this/this or that) drops a new amazing video. On the production website he says: “Entitled “Soft Gun Lilly”, it is the first part of a multi-part fable that will incorporate intricate character design, symbolic imagery and abstract sequences into a complete story.” Flying Lotus is Steven Ellison, a fully equipped laptop musician....

Zombie Nation - Worth it (directed by)
The eternal successor strikes back: Zombie Nation, once again. With his new track Worth it, off his new album Zombilicious, which is promised in spring 09. What a great tune! Video is kinda simple, true, cheap, cool and… fun to watch: here you go. (.flv / .mp4)
WhoMadeWho - This Train (directed by Chicks on...
Video for This Train off WMWs upcoming album The Plot on Gomma Records. This record label seems to be one of the most succesfull electronic labels in the last year. Anyway: here u can see the result of letting the Chicks on Speed directing a video. Don’t know if they’ve done it before, but it’s as weird as the directing team. Watch the video here (.flv)
Bosse - 3 Millionen (directed by Christopher...
Sometimes new german pop music sucks not as hell: 4 example (Axel) Bosses new track 3 Millionen off his Taxi album, which will be released soon. Starring german actress Laura Tonke chilling across Berlin. From deep down-town Leipziger Str. towards pretty backyards around Berlin. Produced by Berlin’s MuV you can watch the clip here (.flv)
Neil Landstrumm - £20 To Get Home (directed by...
Landstrumms video for £20 To Get Home - from his Lord for £39 album - was basically done for free. Neil made it with the help of talented Glasgow director konx-om-pax. Reminds me a bit of this cool Atari Teenage Riot video. It cost the label Planet Mu nothing, just like it costs nothing to watch it here (.flv/.mov)
Psychic Ills - Mantis (directed by Harrison Owen)
PIs Mantis sets the record’s tone with modulating synths and hand drums that give way to a loose groove, terrestrial guitar patterns and shamanic vocals. Off their Mirror Eye LP on The Social Registry Rec. Watch the Fingered produced clip here. (.flv)
Ruede Hagelstein - Aerophonica (directed by Gruppe...
Some classy berlin minimal sound, which popped up in nearly every club here. RH is a Lebensfreude Records collaborator and showed his kickin live skills in local clubs such as Maria, Watergate or Berghain. Track is off his Dog vs. Dog IV album. Watch the dark video here. (.flv)

Peter Fox - Schwarz zu Blau (directed by Daniel...
We mentioned Peter Fox earlier here, this is his next tune: a true killa. He is very big in berlin and enjoys much too much media coverage. But the dubby sound is quite cool, and the video, produced by Schuhwerk is also worth a look. Watch the video here. (flv)

Trevor Loveys & Shab Ruffcuts - Feed (directed by...
This is Trevor Loveys & Shab Ruffcuts new track Feed, released on Bombsquad Records end of 01/2009. TL started recording in the early 1990’s when he was listening to producers such as Ron Trent, Abacus, Blaze and Masters At Work. The mighty SR you might know from early nonstop u.k. Warehouse parties. Watch the nice animated video by RO here. (flv)

Stimming - The Loneliness (directed by ?)
TL from Reflections album out 03/2009. Martin Stimming arranged it 4 Diynamic, the label that he already knows very well + he has already worked with Buzzin Fly and Freerance. He’s responsible for the big, melodic, climactic tracks on the label, which is up-and-coming. But 1st of: watch the video here. (mov)

Beirut - La Llorona (animated by Owen Cook)
LL from Beirut’s new EP March Of The Zapotec, sold as 2CD joining the new Holland EP. Cool that he’s back, I was in love with his cool Gulag Orkestar and The Flying Club Cup albums. Both real strikers. 23-year-old Zach Condon releases his nice tunes through Ba Da Bing. Watch the Video here. (.flv/.mov)

Amadou & Mariam - Sabali (directed by ?)
This track kicked me off last year. Now there’s a video for this extraordinay track, which is the 1st single of A&Ms latest album: Welcome To Mali. Produced with a little help from Mr. Albarn. Though world music is a fierce thing, this Mali-UK collaboration has a timeless Africa-goes-global vibe. Don’t know who directed this video, but you can watch it here (.flv)

Exile - Were All In Power (directed by Exile)
Exile’s WAIP from the Radio entitled debut album out 01/2009 on Plug Research. I do think that Progressive HipHop still sucks, but I somehow liked the 2getherness of Music and Film here very much. Watch the stop-motion madness here (flv)

Fever Ray - If I Had a Heart (directed by Andreas...
Premiere single from Fever Ray: formally known as The Knife minus Olof Dreijer. 1st video I saw in 2009 and it might be one my most beloved. I really dig the Dog-POV. So great! Maybe it’s too much 2009, but I really love this video and can’t wait for a Andreas Nilsson feature film. The video-style reminds me of most inspiring directors such as Haneke or Kubrick. Watch the video here...
